Los  Muertos  Cemetery: la  Llorona (2022)

There was a poor woman named Maria Cruz who fell in love with a rich and powerful empresario. She bore him two sons that he cherished dearly. But the man had a wandering eye and soon lost interest in Maria. In a fit of rage, Maria threw his sons in the icy river where they drowned. When she realized what she had done, Maria was overcome with grief crying out, “Aaayyy mis hijos, mis hijos!” She followed her sons into the river and to her death. Cast out of heaven, she wanders the riverbed, always crying, always searching for children. Don’t make a sound. She might be listening.
